By submitting any content to Secular Democrats of America PAC you agree that:
(A) The content you have submitted is your own and you maintain the rights to distribute it;
(B) You grant Secular Democrats of America PAC as well as their affiliates and assigns a perpetual, royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, perform, and otherwise use the content submitted; and
(C) You will hold Secular Democrats of America PAC as well as their affiliates and assigns fully harmless for any damages incurred as a result of your content submission
